Gettin’ cold at your house?
While watching live tv (sorry, TIVO!), I recently saw a commercial about the Snuggie at $19.95 plus free book light.
Naturally, I went online to look it up. I found out about the Slanket, available at amazon.com (and qvc.com for less), but priced twice as much as the Snuggie. Worth the difference? The Slanket story was appealing: a college guy freezing and needing to use the TV remote control from under his blanket. Gotta love that. Man after my own heart.

Then I found an online debate about the two here. Snuggie: cheap knock-off or better priced? Slanket: overpriced or higher quality?
Then I wondered if I was wasting my time on the internet. And if my bathroom would ever clean itself.
During that message board debate, someone brought up the existence of the Nuddle, priced at $110 with slits for arm holes and a pocket to anchor your feet and keep your spouse from stealing the blanket. The perfect Valentine’s gift. But you pay extra for that defensive position.
So, I ask you, dear readers, will someone from these companies please send me a free sample? please buy all these blankets and tell me which one is the best?
