Hi Kathy! Welcome! Those would be giant sweet potato chips! I should have put my hand or something in the shot so you could know just how big these are. Big on taste, too, but unlike chips, small on guilt. You should keep some in your drawer…

Shelly, check the bulk section at T&C. Central Market has them, too, in their bulk section but I don’t think theirs are, on average, as fresh (maybe cuz we don’t live over there, buying them constantly…).

I love mangoes so much. I lived on them as a kid and the dried ones I've found (the ones from the Philippines) are usually too sickly sweet. I'll have to check Pike's Place. .-= kirida´s last blog ..the story of a name =-.

AAHHH! Where is this market?! I luuuurv mangos! But the dried packages that mega-marts sell are covered in sugar and I hate that! I would love these…
I usually snack like crazy on almond and pumpkin seeds and granola bars (the really good organic kind) but this last Christmas my gramma made me a ranch flavored trail mix with pretzels, nuts and Cheerios…ohmigawd. I can’t ask her for the recipe or my butt will swell to twice it’s current size…and that would just be tragic.
