As my dad would say, "You made those from scratch? Where'd you get the scratch?" Pretty much everything I make these days is from scratch. But no duck. Kale, yes! But duck, not so much. And no lengthy cooking sessions for 12 measly ravioli. If I'm gonna labor over a hot stove (or microwave), I better be able to stuff myself when I'm done. And have leftovers for the next few days.
