the hottest beauty tip: SLEEPING

Jenny‘s got her Hot Mamas Know beauty tips going on today, and I can only think of one thing today as a great make-you-feel-better-about-yourself and add-an-outer-glow:

SLEEP

What else improves your demeanor, your posture, and your sense of self so quickly and cheaply??

Okay, so maybe it’s not always cheap if your home is inhabited by creatures of the shorter, noisier, nocturnal persuasion (and I’m not talking raccoons). Which leaves you either without sleep, needing a night nanny or a hotel room.

I didn’t say it was easy. Heck, it’s easier to buy the cover-up stick. But you don’t really feel more beautiful, do you?

With the stick, you’re just less likely to freak out the neighbors or to get that annoying, “are you feeling OKAY????” question from friends.

But a good night’s sleep — now that is BEAUTIFUL.
