		<description>I&#039;m pretty sure that can be considered theft. Because the dog is property and if the finders obviously knew who the property belonged to, they have an obligation to return it.

I could be way off base, but the original &quot;owners&quot; may have a case if they really wanted to push it. 

But you&#039;re right...who the heck wants a nasty, stinky, snorty, football-sized pug anyway? Ick.</description>
