“God made you nice, Mommy…..

and God made me mean.”
(this is hard to argue some days….)
————————–
“God is invisible. He blends in.”
(That’s good cuz it would freak me out to have a couple of big eyes staring at me all the time. Oh, wait, I already have that….)
————————–
Lastly, a joke from my popsicle stick:
Q: What do you call a trunk full of bison?
A: A buffa-load!
This is obviously the G version. Any other versions out there?

Oh I DO love that first one. God made me with way too little energy to compare with CJ’s way too much!!

I’m hoping she came up with the God made me mean one…because I think I would be a tad upset if someone was actually TELLING her that! At least you were made nice…

I second that on the energy factor!! There is some weird inverse relationship between me and Kid….the more energy she has, the less I have.
Jenn, I didn’t even think about that!! I doubt anyone said she was made mean. She uses this as an excuse all the time for any aspect of herself….well, that’s just how I’m made, she says, as if she’s 84 years old and accepted it all!

Re being “made mean” —
Kid is actually “made” pretty smart; looks like she’s thinking ahead to cover future actions! It’s kinda like, “I can’t help it,” and kin to the ole sayin’, “The devil made me do it.”

Yes, she’s a smarty pants. Her teacher already informed me of her speeding through tasks and then being bored. A bored Kid…..trouble!

Yes, I’m not surprised. This is pretty typical of very bright youngsters. I’ve had kids in class like Kid and they can really be a great asset if the teacher is sharp enough to give them special, challenging work, as this type student is usually very eager to succeed. If all clicks, they normally love school. You’re right, a bored kid is unhappy and can be trouble!
