me want cookie!

Me done with test! (Sniff Sniff) What dat? Food!

You Are Cookie Monster

Misunderstood as a primal monster, you’re a true hedonist with a huge sweet tooth.

You are usually feeling: Hungry. Cookies are preferred, but you’ll eat anything if cookies aren’t around.

You are famous for: Your slightly crazy eyes and unusual way of speaking.

How you live your life: In the moment. “Me want COOKIE!”

Me AM misunderstood and me do prefer cookies. BUT me beg to differ — me not speak weird! And me eyes only little bit crazy after dog eats sandwich on coffee table only because me left it to let dat dog in.

Me feel better with song…….”C is for cookie….that’s good enough for me…..”

Where dat cute Prairie Dawn and those letters? Mmmmmmmmm.

Which friend are you?

  1. Great, I get to be the gay muppet. However, I’m a bit surprised by how on target this is.

    You Are Bert
Extremely serious and a little eccentric, people find you loveable – even if you don’t love them!

You are usually feeling: Logical – you rarely let your emotions rule you

You are famous for: Being smart, a total neat freak, and maybe just a little evil

  2. I loved that show as a kid … whenever possible after school at Blakely, I’d go for the PBS quad-fecta of “Sesame Street,” “The Electric Company,” “Mister Rogers” and “Zoom” (come on and zoom-a zoom-a zoom-a zoom!). I recently got the “Electric Company” DVD set and went through wave after wave of joyous early Seventies nostalgia-gasms. (Anybody remember Morgan Freeman as the pimpish hipster “Easy Reader”?)

Not sure which Sesame Street character suits me best … some days I’m the Ernie, some days I’m the Bert. I have my sloggy Snuffleupagus days, my grouchy Oscar days, my imperious Count days and my obnoxious, pushy, sloppy Cookie Monster days. And then there are shades of Big Bird, the Big Enabler ….

  3. Great , I get to be the big yellow one.

    “You Are Big Bird
Talented, smart, and friendly… you’re also one of the sanest people around.

You are usually feeling: Happy. From riding a unicycle to writing poetry, you have plenty of hobbies to keep you busy.

You are famous for: Being a friend to everyone. Even the grumpiest person gets along with you.

How you life your life: Joyfully. “Super. Duper. Flooper.”"

  4. Jenn, I thought they unequivocally denied Bert’s gayness!!

    Jim, take the test!

Nadine, Big Bird sounds like a good one. Why didn’t I get that one??! OK, that does it! I am taking this stupid test again! I must have been hungry the first time……

  5. Okay….I’m a Bert too. But I think hes more metrosexual than gay.

  8. Well, I took the test again, seeing as how no one else turned out to be Cookie Monster. Maybe I was hungry. This time, I really read the questions, thought about my answers. Guess what? Cookie Monster again! I’m just going to give in to the cookie, be the frackin’ cookie.

  9. I have that C is for cookie song in my head again after finally getting it out last weekend. Thanks Wendy.
