Does this offend you?
Residents of Keizer, Oregon (pop. 32,000) say the shape of new traffic posts is offensive.
The city manager agreed (!) and said the city is looking into retrofitting the posts with metal collars and chains that run between them, which they hope will change the look.
Uh, yeah, that would change the look, from a more natural phallic symbol to an S&M one? I’d suggest a couple of nice, round flower pots placed at the bottom of each pillar. That would look nice, right?
In our household, we are thinking of banning pencils with erasers. Oh, and that ketchup bottle has to go, especially the squeeze version. I mean, come on. I don’t need my child exposed to that.

You have got to be kidding!!!??? What is wrong with these people? This is tax money we are talking about spending because someone or some people have an adolescent imagination. Never mind homeless, abused, or neglected people that could have been helped, when we have pornographic pilons that need sheathing.

ooooh, sheathing! hehehe!
The article said $20,000 was spent and if the metal chains don’t improve things, they were removing them!!

People that see phallic symbols everywhere have their minds buried in the gutter. Never mind that at least it’s a natural shape.

Don’t forget to leave long-neck beer bottles, cucumbers and carrots off your shopping list, too.
Especially after you pass by the clothing section of a store and see girls’ T-shirts that say “Eye Candy” and “I’m A Flirt” on them in the pre-teen sizes ….
