Let the dog in!

Tracy Morgan, co-star of troubled Alec Baldwin on 30 Rock, just worked out a plea agreement with the New York court for DUI charges where he will wear a special ankle bracelet that tests for alcohol consumption. First of all, this just proves how creative this tv show is — several of its cast members have BIG TIME problems! (pullleeeaase don’t have Tina Fey come out next as some crack addict or something!) Do you have to have real personal troubles to make good artistic works? If so, I am definitely not unstable enough to make anything real good.

The more fascinating thing is this ankle device. How does it work? Does it take blood from your ankle periodically? Ouch. Or do you sweat alcohol around your ankles when you drink? When will parents of teenagers be able to use it in their homes??
